My name is Ryson Jhon Alma. I am a Licensed Professional Teacher with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, majoring in English. For the past few years, I’ve been teaching here in Thailand, specifically at Montrisuksa and Angsillapittayakom Schools. In my recent role, I handled IEP, SEP, and ECD programs, where I focused on turning grammatical concepts into interactive conversations. I also have experience with Cambridge exam prep like KET and PET, so I understand how to bridge the gap between 'fun' communication and 'serious' academic results I’m a very patient, active, and flexible educator. I'm applying for the CUNAP Main Program because I want to bring my experience in managing mixed-ability classrooms to a secondary school level here at Chulalongkorn, where I can help students achieve high English proficiency.
