My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that every student has the potential to succeed when provided with the right guidance and opportunities. I strive to create a teaching environment that is engaging, where students feel encouraged to think critically, collaborate, and develop lifelong learning skills. Adapting lesson plans to diverse learning styles will ensure that all students can access and understand the material effectively. Student achievement is at the core of my teaching approach. I set high expectations for my students while providing them with the necessary support to reach their full potential. I employ a variety of assessment strategies to track progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust my teaching methods accordingly. I strongly believe that having a growth mindset will encourage students to view challenges as opportunities for learning. As an educator, I am also committed to professional growth and reflective teaching practices. I actively seek opportunities for continuous learning through professional development workshops, collaboration with colleagues, and self-reflection on my instructional strategies.

I am a Masters Graduate and finished my TESOL Certificate.
